All payments are processed via Razorpay. By paying you agree to Razorpay's payment terms. Fees once paid are subject to the platform's Refund & Cancellation Policy (see refund policy).

5. Intellectual Property

Course content and materials are the intellectual property of ThroneByte or its partners. Users must not redistribute or resell course materials.

6. User Conduct

Users will not use content to facilitate illegal activities. Misuse may result in account termination without refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

ThroneByte is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform, including internet outages or hardware failures.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to courts at the registered office jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

3. Cookies & Tracking

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with: Razorpay (payment processing), cloud hosting providers, or trusted instructors/partners to deliver courses.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective refund timeline: 5 working days. Update course-specific rules as needed.

1. General

All course purchases grant immediate access. Users must ensure device compatibility before purchasing.

2. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted via support email within 5 calendar days of purchase for a refund consideration. Requests after this window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be denied if course content has been accessed.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are eligible if technical issues prevent access AND the issue is verified by ThroneByte support.
• Duplicate payments are eligible for refunds after verification.
• Partial course access or completion typically makes the purchase ineligible for refund.

4. Refund Timeline & Method

Once a refund is approved, ThroneByte will initiate the refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically reflect within 5 working days. Processing time may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
